I've thought a lot these days....things are happening fast...and sometimes I feel that I'm unsure about the future any more........
I don't know...mainly because of school I think....trying to be positive here.
Although I've always know that God will be providing...and He has plan and everything....
Life is hard, and those obstacles often let you down....no matter how hard you try to avoid those thoughts, they always come to you...I really want to do anything possible to please God, but apparently I am not....
things could be easier if I just let go and fool myself.....it is good to be a fool in God I think.....at least you know someone will be there for you no matter what...
As humans, we are weak...and we are supposed to be weak, but strong in God....
I know....I really know....
I'm just being childish here...surely I'll laugh about this later in time.....
"'Is not my house right with God? Has he not made with me an everlasting covenant, arranged and secured in every part? Will he not bring to fruition my salvation and grant me my every desire?'" -2 Samuel 23:5

The Power of Prayer
I figured that I should probably update this blog...haha
It's about half way through my quarter, and I can't deny that this is my busiest quarter ever throughout my college life.
I often feel depressed and lost, but I also remind myself that God is watching over me. No matter what, He will be by my side. And I know He IS by my side.
I just can't emphasize this enough that God loves us SO MUCH. I love Him as well. I am in peace whenever I think of Him.
I thank Him for everything I have, and for every prayer that He has answered.
"Look to the Lord and His strength; seek His face always." -Psalms 105:4

a man after God's heart
2 Samuel 22
David, a man after God's heart.
there is so much to learn from David!
David's song of praise really reminds me to be thankful to God all the time, yes ALL time. we often forget that when we are down, or sometimes, when we think we can handle everything.
when we are depressed, we cry out to God with all these negative thoughts and complaints, hoping God will eventually solve all the problems. I am not saying that's wrong, it is absolutely right to talk to God with everything, but before we think of what things we want, we have to think what we have first.
there is so so much more of what we have than what we don't have in life, maybe you just don't realize that. we need to see a bigger picture and learn to be thankful to all the things we have, and also things we don't have as well. for example, I don't have sickness, I thank God for that; I don't have 4.0+ GPA, thank God for that because I know there is always space for improvement, etc, etc.
God has given us countless wonderful things in life, and that is a great joy.
Praise God and be thankful on little things would definitely please God.
"Therefore I will praise you, O Lord, among the nations; I will sing praises to your name." -2 Samuel 22:50

Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
this is my favorite verse =D
when life is in a mess, try to let go!
be faithful and listen to what God has to say,
He will show the way!
